Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
General Information
1. What services do you offer?
We provide coaching sessions for skateboarding and stunt scootering, catering to different skill levels from beginners to advanced riders. Our sessions focus on skill development, confidence building, and safety awareness. We also run after school clubs and work with institutions such as schools and charities to provide access to skateboarding and scootering in a inclusive and safe space. We are also available for birthday parties.
2. How do I book a session?
You can book a session directly through our website or our Bookwhen Page. Simply choose your preferred sport, session, time, and location.
If there’s no availability that suits you, feel free to send us a message and we will see if we can fit you in.
3. What ages/skill levels do you cater to?
We welcome riders of all ages and skill levels. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced rider looking to refine your technique, we have sessions tailored to your needs. The same goes for our group sessions, there’s no age limits provided the rider can follow safety instructions. Our group sessions will indicate the level it’s aimed at.
4. Do I need my own equipment?
While we encourage riders to bring their own skateboard or scooter, we do have everything you will need available to borrow during sessions. Please let us know in advance if you need to borrow gear.
5. Where are your sessions held?
Our sessions are conducted mainly at Bampton, Charlbury and Eynsham skateparks. The exact location is specified during booking.
6. What safety measures do you have in place?
Safety is our top priority. Our coaches are experienced and trained in first aid.
We require all participants to wear helmets and pad sets, and bring flat sole shoes to our sessions. There are a set of rules that the coach will discuss with the participants. If there are any special requirements or adjustments needed, do let us know. We also encourage attendees to provide any relevant information about health conditions during our booking process but you can also email us after if you need to add more information.

Private and Group Sessions
7. Do you offer group or private coaching?
Yes! We offer both group sessions and private one-on-one coaching. Group sessions are great for social learning, while private coaching allows for more focused skill development.
We run group sessions during school holidays but during term time we have a group session every Sunday at 3pm in Charlbury. Booking in advance is required.
8. What’s your refund/cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session are entitled to a full refund. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session, refunds are at our discretion. Rescheduling is always offered, subject to availability.
9. What happens if the weather is bad?
For safety reasons, outdoor sessions will be rescheduled if the conditions are not suitable (example, it’s raining or the ground is still wet). This is due to the increased risk of falls and injury when riding in wet surfaces. A reschedule will be offered and a credit note provided if rescheduling in the near future is not possible.
After-School Clubs
10. What is your pickup and late collection policy?
Children must be collected promptly at the end of the session. If you require a later pickup, please make arrangements with the school in advance. A late collection fee will be applied to cover additional staffing costs for pickups beyond the designated collection time. Your cooperation ensures the smooth operation of our club.
11. Can I get a refund if my child decides not to participate?
Due to the nature of the club and the continuation of after-school care, refunds will not be issued if a child chooses not to participate in our clubs. We encourage children to give it a try, but we understand that they may sometimes feel too tired or not up to it. While we do not force participation, alternative activities, such as finger skateboards, can be offered. However, no refunds will be given as childcare is still being provided.
If your child decides to stop attending altogether, we will do our best to find another rider to take over the spot and refund the remaining sessions. However, we cannot guarantee that the spot will be filled. If it remains vacant, a credit note may be provided at our discretion, which can be used for future sessions or private coaching.
Waiver and Safety Policy
12. What is your waiver and safety policy?
By participating in our sessions, you confirm that you are aware and accept that there is a risk of injury, even if the participant follows instructions. By agreeing to this waiver, you accept the risk involved in skateboarding and scooting and understand that the risk cannot be completely removed. To minimize the risks, it is important to follow instructions from the coach and adhere to general safety rules. Failure to do so will result in the participant being asked to step away from the session.
